Mortgage transfers
The lender conversation

How it works
Step 01
Borrower Shows Interest
A borrower requests a mortgage conversation through the Highlimit Leads intake flow and answers questions about their loan goals.
Step 02
Phone Number Is Verified
Highlimit Leads verifies the borrower’s phone number before the conversation moves forward.
Step 03
Borrower Expectation Is Set for the Upcoming Call
The borrower is prepared for the upcoming lender conversation so the call is expected—not unexpected.
Step 04
Qualified Against Your Criteria
Our call center confirms the borrower's interest and checks their answers against the buyer criteria agreed for your campaign.
Step 05
Live Call Connection to Your Loan Officer
The qualified borrower is transferred live to your loan officer, who picks up a conversation the borrower is expecting.
Step 06
Transfer Details and Delivery Visibility
Your team can see intake answers, qualification data, loan type and delivery timing for each transfer. Call recording access, where supported, is confirmed during campaign setup.
90-Second Buffer
Every Transfer Comes With a 90-Second Buffer
Every live transfer includes a 90-second buffer. A transfer qualifies as billable only when it stays connected for at least 90 seconds and meets the qualification criteria agreed for your campaign. Transfers that don't meet both requirements are not billable, subject to your campaign agreement.
Connected for at Least 90 Seconds
The live call between the borrower and your loan officer must stay connected for at least 90 seconds to qualify as billable.
Matches Your Agreed Criteria
The borrower must also meet the qualification criteria agreed for your campaign. A transfer needs to satisfy both requirements to be billable.
Lead Quality Standards
Qualified Transfers. Clear Replacement Standards.
Every transfer is evaluated against the qualification criteria agreed for your campaign and the 90-second connection requirement. Transfers that don't meet those requirements are not billable and are handled through the credit or replacement process in your campaign agreement.
How Transfers Are Evaluated
• Checked against the buyer criteria agreed for your campaign • Checked against the 90-second connection requirement • Transfer details visible to your team
Credits and Replacements
• Transfers that miss the agreed criteria or the 90-second requirement are not billable • Handled through the credit or replacement process in your campaign agreement
Transfer Types
Mortgage Live Transfer Types for Lender Campaigns
Campaigns are built around the loan types your team closes. Each lender defines the qualification requirements that fit its programs, licensing, and capacity. Pricing depends on loan type, state coverage, filters, volume, and transfer requirements.
VA Cash-Out Refinance Live Transfers
Veteran homeowners interested in accessing equity through a VA cash-out refinance, qualified against your campaign criteria.
FHA Refinance Live Transfers
Homeowners with FHA loans who are interested in refinancing, matched to the borrower requirements you set.
Conventional Refinance Live Transfers
Conventional rate-and-term and cash-out refinance borrowers, qualified against your agreed property, balance, and credit parameters.
VA Purchase Live Transfers
Veteran home buyers interested in VA purchase financing, transferred when they meet your campaign criteria.
Buyer Criteria
Custom Buyer Qualification Criteria
Each campaign is structured around qualification criteria we agree on before launch, so transfers match the borrowers your loan officers can help.
Criteria You Can Set
• Loan type • Estimated property value • Current mortgage balance • Estimated loan-to-value ratio • Credit score requirements • Cash-out interest • Geographic targeting • Other agreed requirements
How Criteria Are Applied
• Borrowers answer qualification questions during intake • Our call center confirms interest and basic qualification before transfer • Property value, balance, and credit details are borrower-provided estimates that your loan officers confirm during the application

FAQs
Mortgage Live Transfer FAQs
What is a mortgage live transfer lead?
A mortgage live transfer lead is a borrower who is connected to your loan officer on a live phone call, instead of being delivered as a form fill for your team to call later. At Highlimit Leads, borrowers are qualified against your agreed campaign criteria before the transfer.
How are mortgage live transfers different from shared internet leads?
Shared internet leads are often sold to several lenders, and the borrower may not expect your call. A live transfer connects one borrower with your team in real time, and Highlimit Leads does not share or recycle borrower data across lenders within its campaigns.
What is the 90-second buffer?
Every live transfer includes a 90-second buffer. A transfer qualifies as billable only when it stays connected for at least 90 seconds and meets the qualification criteria agreed for your campaign. Transfers that don't meet both requirements are not billable, subject to your campaign agreement.
What happens if a transfer doesn't meet our criteria?
Each transfer is evaluated against the qualification criteria agreed for your campaign and the 90-second connection requirement. Transfers that don't meet those requirements are not billable and are handled through the credit or replacement process in your campaign agreement.
Can we customize borrower qualification requirements?
Yes. Campaigns are built around criteria you define, such as loan type, estimated property value, current mortgage balance, estimated loan-to-value ratio, credit score requirements, cash-out interest, and geographic targeting.
Which mortgage products do you support?
We currently run VA cash-out refinance, FHA refinance, conventional refinance, and VA purchase live transfer campaigns. Ask about other loan types on your fit call.
Are your mortgage live transfers exclusive?
Yes. Each transfer is delivered to one partner, and borrower data is not shared or recycled across lenders within Highlimit Leads campaigns.
What information do we see for each transfer?
Partners can see details such as lead creation time, transfer timing, intake answers, qualification data, and loan type. Call recording availability is confirmed during campaign setup.
How do we get started?
Book a 15-minute fit call. We'll review your loan types, states, qualification criteria, and volume goals, then confirm whether a live transfer campaign is a good fit for your team.
Do you require long-term contracts?
Campaign terms, including volume and duration, are agreed with each partner before launch. We'll walk through the options on your fit call.
