It does not cover personal information collected through separate mortgage advertising, consumer intake, qualification, or live transfer operations.

Framer Analytics. The Website is built and hosted on Framer. Framer's built-in analytics measure page views, visits, referrers and similar usage statistics, which we use to understand how the Website is performing. Framer Analytics is active on the Website.

Google Tag Manager. The Website loads Google Tag Manager, a Google service used to manage third-party scripts. Loading it involves your browser connecting to Google servers. As of the date of this policy, no tracking tags are active in our Google Tag Manager container.

Apollo.io visitor identification (currently paused). We have installed a website visitor identification tool provided by Apollo.io. As of the date of this policy, it is paused and does not run on the Website, and no visitor information is sent to Apollo through the Website. When active, this tool records page visits and uses information such as IP addresses to identify the company associated with a visit and, depending on its settings, may match a visit to an individual business contact. It also stores identifiers in the visitor's browser. If you visited the Website before the tool was paused, an Apollo identifier may still be stored in your browser; it is not read or sent while the tool is paused, and you can remove it by clearing your browser's site data. We will update this Privacy Policy before reactivating this tool.

Fonts. The Website may load fonts from Google Fonts, which may involve your browser connecting to Google servers.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

Our website platform and the tools described above may use cookies, browser local storage or similar technologies as needed to operate the Website and measure its use. You can clear or block cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Blocking them may affect how some Website features work.

Information processed by our service providers is retained according to their own practices.
